Today avoiding computer is not possible because in every bit of our life computer plays an important role as they are used in schools, homes, institutions, hospitals, companies etc.
The bad facet of computer is that the children who are not aware of writing and studying has used computer in the early age for playing games on computer for long hours. The latest research has provided that computer can damage our system very badly if it’s not used in a proper way.
It is certain that there is relatively sharp competition in the world of computer, due to the sharp competition there are many different opinions that have been taking in consideration on this topic. As some say that computer are not injurious.
You should know while working on computer we have many pressure as we have to read, type, do correction and analyze the concept on which we are working more than once. This pressure effects our eyes the most. This state that computer really have a negative impact on our eyesight. It effects to those people most whom computer work is their livelihood. And these people have muscle and joint problems such as pain in neck, shoulder, backache etc..
Moreover it may also develop some grievous problems such as damage to the nerves of the arm it can also effect or back as due to long time working on computer sitting in same posture for long hours. It can also lead to Computer vision Syndromes as it can damage our eyes as we have low vision problem.
As the computer generate electromagnetic field which effects our body biological process. Actually some people who are unable to bare strong electromagnetic field can feel dizziness.
If you want to avoid that computer leaves his bad impact on our body try to take short breaks. Try to relax your eyes as much as you can, avoid smoking if you think that it’s a good way of taking break. This can lead to more problems. Avoid drinking two much coffee it can effect our nervous system too as you can have a problem of blood pressure and feel dizziness etc.
If you are regular computer user then make sure when you are doing computer work make sure that there you have enough light. Avoid sitting in darkrooms. Avoid staring direct into computer screen and take some breaks it can help you in many ways.
